Fall 2026 Move-In Appointments:

Residents assigned to Atlantic Park Towers (APT), Heritage Park Towers (HPT), Glades Park Towers (GPT), and Indian River Towers (IRT) will receive an email with their assigned check-in date and time.
Residents assigned to Parliament Hall (PAR), Talon Hall (TAL), University Village Apartments (UVA), Business & Professional Women’s Scholarship House (BPW), Innovation Village Apartments North and South (IVAN/IVAS), and the Jupiter residence halls will select their check-in appointment.

Summer 1: May 17 – August 7, 2026 - move out by 5pm on Aug 7
Summer 2: May 17 – June 26, 2026 - move out by 5pm on June 25
Summer 3: June 26 – August 7, 2026 - move out by 5pm on Aug. 7

Fall 2026 – Spring 2027 Housing

• December 15, 2025 – The housing application opens for new incoming first-year students on the Boca Raton and Wilkes Honors College (Jupiter) campuses.

Tuition deposit must be completed at least 24 hours prior to accessing the application.

• January 26 – February 2, 2026 – Housing Renewals for current spring residents.

Roommate requests and matching are only available January 26 - February 2 for housing renewals.

March 2, 2026 – The Housing Interest Form opens for:

Admitted transfer students who have paid their tuition deposit,
Spring residents who did not renew, and
Current students not living on campus during Spring 2026.
Note: Completion of the Interest Form does not guarantee housing.

• March 20, 2026 – Priority date for newly admitted first-year students to apply for housing. Tuition deposit must be completed at least 24 hours prior.

• May 1, 2026 – Deadline for new first-year students (who applied by March 20) to request and/or accept a roommate.
