Fall 2026 Move-In Appointments:

  • Residents assigned to Atlantic Park Towers (APT), Heritage Park Towers (HPT), Glades Park Towers (GPT), and Indian River Towers (IRT) will receive an email with their assigned check-in date and time.

  • Residents assigned to Parliament Hall (PAR), Talon Hall (TAL), University Village Apartments (UVA), Business & Professional Women’s Scholarship House (BPW), Innovation Village Apartments North and South (IVAN/IVAS), and the Jupiter residence halls will select their check-in appointment.

Fall 2026 – Spring 2027 Housing

March 2, 2026 – The Housing Interest Form opens for:

  • Admitted transfer students who have paid their tuition deposit,
  • Spring residents who did not renew, and
  • Current students not living on campus during Spring 2026.
  • Note: Completion of the Interest Form does not guarantee housing.

• March 20, 2026 – Priority date for newly admitted first-year students to apply for housing. Tuition deposit must be completed at least 24 hours prior.

• May 1, 2026 – Deadline for new first-year students (who applied by March 20) to request and/or accept a roommate.
