Important reminder for newly accepted students entering Summer and Fall 2026:
The Roommate Selection process for the 2026-2027 academic year housing application is available after the housing application is completed. Please revisit the housing application until April 1, 2026 to request and match with roommates or make changes to your housing application.

Important Dates
2026 Spring Housing
• October 1, 2025 (9:00 a.m.) – The Spring 2026 housing application opens for students not currently living on campus during Fall 2025. Spaces are extremely limited; the application will close once all spaces are filled.
The Housing Interest Form will open for students unable to complete the application due to space limitations. If additional spaces become available, students who completed the Interest Form will be notified by email.
Summer 2026 Housing
• December 15, 2025 – The Summer 3 term housing application opens for new incoming first-year students admitted for Summer 2026. o Students must complete their tuition deposit at least 24 hours before accessing the housing application.
• March 2, 2026 – The Summer 1, 2, and 3 term housing applications open for current students and summer-admitted transfer students.
Summer Term Dates:
- Summer 1: May 17 – August 7, 2026
- Summer 2: May 17 – June 26, 2026
- Summer 3: June 26 – August 7, 2026
Fall 2026 – Spring 2027 Housing
• December 15, 2025 – The housing application opens for new incoming first-year students on the Boca Raton and Wilkes Honors College (Jupiter) campuses.
- Tuition deposit must be completed at least 24 hours prior to accessing the application.
• January 26 – February 2, 2026 – Housing Renewals for current spring residents.
- Roommate requests and matching are available only during these dates.

March 2, 2026 – The Housing Interest Form opens for:
- Admitted transfer students who have paid their tuition deposit,
- Spring residents who did not renew, and
- Current students not living on campus during Spring 2026.
- Note: Completion of the Interest Form does not guarantee housing.
• March 20, 2026 – Priority date for newly admitted first-year students to apply for housing. Tuition deposit must be completed at least 24 hours prior.
• April 1, 2026 – Deadline for new first-year students (who applied by March 20) to request and/or accept a roommate.
